    Wheat-Specific Feed Enzymes

    There is now substantial evidence that supplementary enzymes for poultry diets based on wheat, rye or tritcale function, at least in part,by hydrolysing soluble xylans, thereby reducing digesta viscosity, which is an important constraint on the process of digestion.
